Quán Ăn Ngon – Vị ngon từ “chùm khế ngọt” Khởi nguồn từ tình yêu sâu nặng với mảnh đất đô thành chôn nhau cắt rốn, người con Hà Nội gây dựng nên chuỗi nhà hàng danh tiếng đã chân thành chia sẻ về những buổi ấu thơ theo bà lên Đồng Xuân, Tạ Hiện ăn quà như những viên ngọc ký ức đẹp nhất cuộc đời. Người doanh nhân trẻ mong muốn những nét đẹp đẽ ấy phải được truyền mãi cho những thế hệ sau. Và cái tên Quán Ăn Ngon ra đời nhờ mối duyên khởi chỉ giản dị và chân thành như thế. Nhà hàng đầu tiên được mở năm 2005 tại số 18 phố Phan Bội Châu. Nơi góc phố cổ kính rợp bóng cây xà cừ đã gần trăm năm tuổi, ngay gần đoạn giao cắt với phố Nam Ngư, nhà hàng tấp nập khách ngay từ những ngày đầu mở cửa. Một phần ban đầu vì khách tò mò bởi quán được mở trong khuôn viên ngôi biệt thự cổ của cụ bác sỹ nổi tiếng Phùng Ngọc Tuệ. Căn biệt thự kiểu Pháp còn nguyên sơ với tuổi đời ngót một thế kỷ vẫn luôn kín cửa suốt từ ngày giải phóng gây tò mò cho không biết bao nhiêu người. Đến nay đã hơn 10 năm, nhà hàng tại Phan Bội Châu vẫn đông khách như ngày nào. Giờ khách đến vì lỡ yêu và trót nhớ cảm giác được thưởng thức những món ăn dân quê trong không gian ấm cúng, tươi tắn, rôm rả như bức tranh chợ quê tươi tắn ngày tết được tái hiện tại nơi này. Chi nhánh đầu tiên của chuỗi được mở tại 18 Phan Bội Châu năm 2005 Mãi tới 2012, nhà hàng thứ hai mới được mở tại tòa nhà 25T2 Hoàng Đạo Thúy, quận Cầu Giấy. Trong tổ hợp đô thị mới hiện đại nằm giữa hai trục đường chính quan trọng của thành phố là Nguyễn Chí Thanh và Lê Văn Lương, nhà hàng như làn gió mới thổi về. Giữa những dãy nhà cao tầng vừa mới hoàn thành “vuông như hộp”, không gian chợ Việt hầu như chưa có, sự xuất hiện của quán Ngon là bông sen nhã nhặn tinh khôi nở bừng sáng cả không gian khô cứng. Kiến trúc quán cổ với những kèo, những cột, những mái ngói mô phỏng theo lối kiến trúc nhà cổ Bắc Bộ cũ. Không gian yên bình, ấm cúng đến xao xuyến, tách biệt hẳn với thế giới hiện đại ào ào bên ngoài Tới năm 2013, một địa chỉ mới được mở thêm tại “thành phố Hoàng Gia” - Royal City trên đường Nguyễn Trãi. Giữa những dãy “phố” thời trang sang trọng, những tụ điểm giải trí sầm uất, cùng đủ sắc màu ẩm thực Tây Tàu, Á, Âu đan xen, Quán Ăn Ngon xuất hiện nhẹ nhàng, giản dị và gần gũi. Khác với những chi nhánh đầu tiên, khách tới với nơi đây đa phần là những người thưởng xuyên làm việc luôn tại TTTM này và những khách là người Việt tới tham quan. Quán Ăn Ngon - Về miền ký ức qua ẩm thực Trải qua 11 năm phát triển, 3 nhà hàng với bốn phong cách không gian và menu món ăn khác nhau. Vẫn là những hương vị Việt ba miền truyền thống. Vẫn là phở, bánh xèo, bún bò, hủ tiếu, vẫn bánh tôm, nem cuốn, mỳ quảng, bánh tráng trảng bàng… nhưng với mỗi nơi, dù đến với nhà hàng nào khách cũng tìm thấy hương vị riêng phù hợp.
